Hello,guys iam new to the forum and i would like to sent my greetings to all of you from Greece.The opinions about this topic are differencial.During my training i do olympic lifts,barbell squats,single squats and a lot of vertical jumps and plyometrics with ballbell on.Should i wear a belt for core stability and bak injury prevention or with the belt on my strenght of my core will decrease and that will lead to a back injury?Thank you!!
