One lesson - don't rely on substances to get you there!

 

Ive tried every fat burner, nutrient partitioner and fasting routine on the market, p90x 6/7 days a week, only now that im lifting heavy (for me) and eating more, is the fat finally going away. This fat is like a kid handing over sweets to a parent who's going to eat them once he turns his back, it doesn't want to do it... supply the kid with sweets daily and his less bothered about letting go.

 

Eat enough, keep it lean, protein bias, veg and low carbs, cut midweek alcohol and don't snack on rubbish, lift 3-4 days a week its the only way so far

It's all about basics. At any point should you not rely on any substances, they are only a bonus.

 

Eat frequently and your body keeps burning calories.
