NO CAPS only powder or liquids.
There are many formus to read which PCT you should take but they all recommend caps
I asked the predator support and they are the only one who gave me a very good answer

In that case, the best option for your pct would be as following:
D-Pol Powder (http://www.predatornutrition.com/en/prod.....-servings/) This would act as your testosterone booster.
and
E-Liminate (http://www.predatornutrition.com/en/prod.....te-powder/) This would act as your Estrogen blocker.
That should be sufficient.
