For anyone who has experienced issues can you please email me a detailed list of problems with Order ID's, and any relevant communication with someone from Predator. I take such issues personally and it bothers me greatly that a few of the people here, all of whom are longstanding customers, have similar complaints.
We had an issue one time where orders were incorrectly picked and it led to us having to release some under performing staff. I can assure you that we take it very seriously and whether it is a technical issue or human error we will address it openly and quickly.
