Dosing times would depend on what time of day you train.
If you train in the afternoon or evening I would take the first dose in the morning and the second an hour or so before your training.
On the other hand if you train in the morning then take the first dose before you train and the second 8 to 10 hours later. I wouldn't take it too near to bed as it can interfere with sleep.
You say that this will be the first time that you have taken a pro-hormone,(by the way even though it is marketed as such Nanodrol is not a Pro-hormone, Nanodrol contains the steroid Methylstenbolone which is an active steroid(requires no conversion) and a very strong/harsh one at that) and in my opinion far too harsh for first time user.
I would suggest that Cynostane or Havoc would be much better choices for a first cycle, as the potential for side effects would be far less, pct should be easier and therefore gains made on cycle should be easier to keep.
Also please be aware that Nanodrol has the potential to shut down your natural testosterone production to a high degree, I myself stopped a cycle after only 2 weeks earlier this year as my testicles were shrinking away to nothing
I am not saying this will happen to you but the potential is there.
