If I can offer one bit of advice,based on what you said about when you wanted to start, make sure that this fits your training not fitting yiur training round this if that makes sense.
You are going to want to take advantage of increased endurance rather than increase in strength. Holding onto all your gains by reducing volume during PCT. This me when i crank UP the weight PCT lol
