hey guys,  with no need of whole bunch of articels and relevant studies ,  BCAA supplements it is better absorbed quickly so the difference here its BCAA rapidly absorbed as whey may be thats all IMO there is only very minimal difference in the effectiveness between BCAA supplements vs. Whey protein that contains BCAA. It's mostly a marketing gimmick*****  Not saying BCAA supplements are useless, but if you're getting enough whey protein, additional supplementation of BCAA is not a priority. if you regularly consume whey protein, you don’t need to worry about BCAA supplementation, to answer your question if u get enough protein from your diet + protein powders there's no need for BCAA, BCAA its for those that can not get enough protein from their diet, so its not necessary at all, but ofc its usefull while cutting if u cant get enough protein for some Random reason, :)

Or additionally if you can only train fasted. This is the only time I opt for them.
