i will be starting this log on saturday as i have a sinus infection[i am used to these as i used to box so have a very displaced septum!] and the course of anti-biotics finish friday. i am 33 years old 6ft currently 88kgs and bulking. the other supplements i use are fish oils,pre-workout, protein shakes, creatine, multi vit and at the moment pes anabeta elite. i struggle with sleep at the best of times as i have three young children two of which are twin girls who have only just started sleeping through the night so it will be interesting to see what undisturbed sleep will do for me energy/recovery wise and how it will benefit my training.i have not used a sleep aid before.
i currently do a training schedule as below [all based around compound lifts]
monday chest/biceps
tuesday - 3mile run with interval sprints
wednesday - legs/shoulders
thursday-rest day
friday - hill sprints
saturday - back/tricpes
sunday rest day
i will make my first entry sunday morning, i am training back saturday and will be doing heavy deadlifts so a good nights sleep will be a bonus! looking forward to getting started.
