There is actually a full book written on this
subject, by an author I FULLY TRUST AND
RECOMMEND. In case you have not heard
of him, it's Brad Pilon, the creator of the
Eat Stop Eat eating habit.
The book I'm talking about is "How much
protein?".
What I like the most about Pilon's work
is that he really does his researching job
well. He goes deep into the studies, breaks
them apart and arrives at real objective
conclusions of them (not the typical sales
pitch conclusions).
And hey, this guy has muscle, so he knows
what he's talking about.
