My samples arrive today. Thanks very much predator.

Ok, so as directed on the envelope I took this 1 hour before workout. This may be a coincidence but I did need an urgent toilet stop before workout, rapid onset and had been fine all day until this point.

I decided on an interval session on the elliptical. Nothing to advertous but, this would allow me to gauge a number of things with ease due to the resistance settings on it.

Anyhow, I set it on the usual level. After a headphones malfunction I was of the mind that the session wasn't gonna be as productive as I would liked. No music of motivational quality. 5 minutes had passed and I was beginning to doubt the product. However, I seemed to shift up a gear, before I knew it I had finished a bottle of water and it dawned on me I was moving at a much faster pace than usual. The fact I was doubting it's from the early minutes in my opinion makes this even stronger, I certainly didn't feel I was applying any extra exertion whilst I mucked about with my headphones etc.

In the corner of my eye I saw a friend passing and asked him to fill up my water bottle again. I adjusted the timer and decided I was really going to push this to the max. I doubld my usual short 20 minute session, set on intervals, and really went at it. I covered 3 times the usual difference in double the time.

I'm really excited about this and glad that I was given two servings to try this again. First of all to establish if my stomach issue was caused by this, but secondly I want to test this under the ultimate stress of a higher intensity leg session, giant sets etc on Wednesday.

All in all, very very promising.

Awesome, glad you had a positive experience.  Thanks for the feedback!Laugh
