Right i started training again at the start of November and weighed 75.5 and got my BF done and was at 10.5, trained hard through November and made good gains on all my exercises... carried it on through December by end of December thou i slackened off a little work got in the way and missed the odd meal. Weighed myself again and had dropped to 74.5. now ive weighed myself to day and im down to 73.1?? Im a bit baffled as to where its going diet consists off
Pre workout shake: 2 scoops of designer whey 2 tea spoons of peanut butter,1 large banana and 60g of oats
BCAAs during workout
post workout shake with chocolate syrup
Breakfast. 80g of oats
snack. 1 Apple with peanut butter
meal 1. 180g of chicken 80g of dry rice and 1 cup of brocoli
meal 2 same as meal 1
meal 3 whatever is for dinner
and post bed meal apple and peanut butter again and a shake as well
