I just finished a workout with 2 scoops. I noticed a higher euphoria than 1 scoop and I also had a higher motivation to workout. I actually noticed the 2 scoops take effect compared to the 1 scoop creep up on me. Anyways, I had a great workout, I had strength until the end (75 minute workout), a good pump, focus and enjoyment. It was shoulders and triceps day today.
This stuff doesnt mix at all though. Next time I am quite tempted to just down the powder on its own. The scoops are 3g. lol
I am finally pleased to find a pre-workout to replace Craze after trying a few others to no avail.
