I've just received my first bottle of AB (the original one, i'm afraid Forskolin can mess with my sleep, so no ABE).
The dosing directions on the label are:
- 2 Cps PreWO and 2 Cps PostWO in training days
- 4 Cps spread during non-training days
I wo 6 days per week, short bouts of 30' each. So which would be the dosing for AB?
