If you are looking for muscle gains and strength gains Dienazone is the way to go. XI-KT is great for recomping and cutting fat as it inhibits cortisol and is just anabolic enough to hold onto some muscle, but Dienazone is strong enough to put muscle and strength on you even while dieting. I have successfully dieted on it as well, its great. XI-KT I think should be saved for a cut or in addition to something else for a recomp.
2ml a day should be sufficient and a SERM PCT would be ideal.
