peanut butter is sooo delicious, with good fats, healthy stuff,
and you can really use it with much meals,
chicken, throw it in your shake, blender, use as a sandwich spread, spread on protein pancakes,
the list is endless.
This is also one of my favourite bulking tools.
now that i think of it ; the quest bar peanut butter was also yummmieeee,
best protein bar ive ever had in my life!
