Absolutely, was out like a light from around 2330 on Saturday Evening, up once for the toilet but slept until 0900. Assisted by the fact the kids were obviously shattered through a days sledding but delighted none the less

I trained very hard, heavy with reduced rest period yesterday. Quads and Biceps. I had a spotter with me yesterday and increased my squats by an extra 10kg. 26 hours later, I can report much reduced DOMS. I was expecting to be very sore today, perhaps the onset is still in the post, but I am usually sore by now.

Another positive, a definite increase in the libido. An involuntary erection on Sunday and today too. Glad I was at home!!!

I feel slimmer, I will take my weight this Saturday for comparison, I used the electronic fat monitor and can report a .4% loss. Although, until I update my weight I won't be 100% aware of the fat loss achieved.

that is awesome to hear, personally half way through my leg day i always have to convince myself to finish up and do hamstrings, the fear of the DOMS usually gets to me.  glad to see recovery and better sleep being experienced.

Running the risk of going off topic, I often have that problem when training legs in one workout. Make sure you alternate hamstrings and quads as a start point, or better still do them on separate days if you have the time.
