WMD on Am I Doing It Right?

This is where I get confused, I was advised by ww.MonsterSupplements.co.uk to eat a handful of nuts in the afternoon (to help with feeling hungry in the afternoon) and to also help with my progess to take PhD Diet Whey (as this aids recovery and dieting) along with PhD CLA (the offer was £43 which includes 2KG tub of PhD Diet Whey and months worth of PhD CLA gel tablets.

Thanks for the reply WMD, do you suggest not taking any supplements or do you have a recommendation?

You will have gotten a recommendation for PHD from Monstersupplements because they own them. I will never buy PHD from the standpoint of their under-dosing and mis-labelling of their products a while back, they are not the only ones involved however I disagree with anyone on an ethical level who can sell products in that manner.

 

Good brands I have used with success in the past are Optimum Nutrition, Reflex, Nutrisport and recently have been trying Fusion Matrix from Fusion Supplements which have great flavours - in regards to protein. 

 

Nuts I have opted against purely as most have very high levels of Omega-6 which we have far too much of already in our modern day diet in relation to Omega-3. If you have a read around articles regarding Omega-6 in relation to inflammation and the ill effects of inflammation on our body you will see why. http://www.marksdailyapple.com has a lot of articles on this topic and I will hopefully be posting one of my own soon for Predator.
