Day 5, 6 ,7 Results:
The sleeping has been going great. Day 5 I trained chest and biceps didn't notice any improvement in recovery but the weights felt lighter and I'm feeling more aggressive since using Lights Out. The day after I done back and and usually my back is sore for a few days but I haven't noticed it being sore so recovery is getting better. Today was a leg session was using light weights because I had a headache during training.
