workout went rather well.improved on everything from last week.my gym was closed so i was worried to train in new enviroment and new equipment.i ve changed few things and did some exercises i didnt do for years.
chest
benchpress up by 1 rep
incline press up by nearly 2 reps
back
pulldown (different machine so cant tell)
barbell rows (same reps but improved the performance of the reps)
triceps
french presses (up by cca 5kg,different bar from the bar in my gym)
biceps
barbell curls (up by 2.5kg keeping the same technique)
will see what tuesday will bring when doing shoulders and legs
