today i've started with my new diet,
to get really shredded,
ive cut all the milk and bread, sauces and others out my diet.
meal 1 ; 100grams oats + 50gram protein + half liter water
meal 2 ; 6 eggwhites+3 yellow cooked + 400 gram sweet potato
post workout ; 30gr hydrolisate protein, 60gr waxy maize starch, 5gr creatine, half liter water
meal 3 ; 125gr brown rice+150gr chicken breast
meal 4 ; 100gr pasta + 150gr chicken breast+20gr cheese
meal 5 ; 125gr brown rice+150gr chicken breast
meal 6 ; 150gr steak+400gr green vegetables fresh
meal 7 ; caseine shake with water
any comments?
the gym owner has worked this out for me, calculated everything.
