Funny enough but I never thought I would ever hear anyone say else say that not doing dead lift actually makes your back worse.
I agree totally!!! When I slow down on Dead lifts my back goes to shit!
I have to much curvature in my lower spine (lordosis). When I don't deadlift I feel as if it weakens my back.
I currently dead lift 3 days a week. (All varying, would not do the same rep range, set structure or timing twice in 1 month)
