PCTs going really well so far, using the pct i outlined in my first post and now Ive added Somnidren just to give me some better sleep as Ive been feeling quite tired recently.
Weight has stayed virtually the same and my strength has been good if not a little increased on some exercises
Ive been doing my pct for 9 days now and I feel really good with no negative sides apart from the fact that my back pumps are still pretty persistent which got pretty frustrating on leg day when i could hardly pick up plates to put on the leg press without being in agony!
