i think i read somewhere 2g protein per kg weight per day is a good intake for cynostane. also if your looking for size, and obviously this is a very generic estimation but a minimum 3k calories a day quality foods with a marked increase in workout volumes required.

 

mealtimes, well everyone has their own plan for this which vary from eating every 3hr to 6meals a day. personally i would struggle to maintain such a regime so as long as i get my calorie intake im happy, which is generally 3meals a day with a snack or 2 in between
