Done a shoulders and triceps session yesterday and was feeling really aggressive in the gym the weights are getting lighter and I only needed 30 seconds rest in between sets and I've had about 10 hours of sleep for the last 2 days.Wow man.. thats not much sleep at all.. seems like you're killin it!
I'm literally a zombie without sleep.
I function better with no sleep.. than 4 hours of sleep, go figure!

Getting no sleep is better than getting too little sleep(for 1 day at a whack anyway) because of our natural sleep cycle patterns. If you go to sleep, and don't get enough REM sleep, you'll actually end up feeling more tired than if you never went to sleep at all.
This is why naps are suggested to be no longer than 1 hour, as if you go past that and hit REM, and get woken up during it, you'll feel more tired than you did prior to the nap.
