Hi im 23, looking to get lean and gain size muscle at the same time (the six pack affect) i have been training for a number of years. Currently i only take amino 9 essentials (pre workout), vitamins D3, fish oils and Super enzymes with meals, plus a high protein diet, carbs post workout.
I want to get more results than im getting, recovery is big for me as im very busy and get tired during sessions etc. Im looking at starting cycles of synthagen and starting a new a pre work out shake, maybe Xtreme F Vengeance? What would you suggest taking with the synthagen and how would you suggest taking it would be best for me(dosage) im no body builder but keen to get ripped and gain muscle size. Should i also be taking a post workout protein shake 9which would you suggest? should i even be taking the pre-workout shake XFV along side it?
Looking on getting the best advice and results on the synthagen and what i should be taking standard alongside it. (im pretty new to the supplements game and keen to get good results)
