i quite like sprints as welli did legs/shoulders yesterday and upped my workload [i added in 3 sets of hack squats after box squats[150kg], then quad raises, ham curls and up to 200kg drop sets of calf raises then military press, shrugs and front raise/side raise with dumbells] and i slept well last night woke this morning and no doms again at all - well chuffed with that!
will be doing hill sprints tonight and not in pain!
Hopefully you don't get any from those hill sprints
