The interaction between TRPV1, prostaglandins, and inflammation is tricky, but there isn't any evidence I've seen linking TRPV1 activation to COX-2 inhibition (makes sense, really, as TRPV1 activation - depending on amplitude - is an indicator of acute injury that would require an increase in the F-series prostaglandins).

 

Feedback from initial users shows a definite leaning effect along with preservation and even a gain in muscle. I think you would have great results stacking Vanillean and X-factor.

Thanks for the reply, that's good to hear that COX-2 inhibition doesn't occur so even with prolonged TRPV1 activation any reduction in inflammation will be negligible with regards to anabolic signals. Will have to combine the two in the summer, had great results with Eviscerate reducing stubborn lower abdominal fat!
