Wow, 3 weeks since I last updated is making me feel guilty.
Progress has halted due to missed training sessions due to some personal issues but on the workout side I set myself a new PB of 34kg flat chest press and I've cycled onto Condense while my Craze resistance tapers off a bit. Also dropped down to a 4 day split because of time restraints and experimenting but should have a solid plan in place this week!
