robmoran87 on Bvitamins folate and joint supplements

well apparently I have nerve damage that is effecting the range of motion on my left leg; essentially the myelin sheath of the nerve is damaged and needs lubing up! this can be accomplished through physio therapy but also some vitamins help.

 

Any idea whats a good supplement that includes b-1 b-12, b-6, folates, glycin, glucosamine sulphate, fatty acids?
