Bench press 145kg x 1, 147.5kg x 1, 130kg x 3, 120kg 4x2
Incline dB chest press 46kg x 8 x 2
Shoulder press (smiths machine) 90kg x 6 x 3
BOR 120kg x 5 x 2, 100kg x 8, 60kg x 10
Pull up BW + 20kg x 6, x 8 (8th assisted)
DB single arm rows 50kg x 8 x 2
Single DB preachers 20kg x 6, 18kg x 8 x 2
Tricep pushdowns 45kg x 8 x 2, 50kg x 8
Went for another 1rm and happy to have got 147.5kg. Training with a mate who is competing in the British powerlifting on Sunday, he pointed out that the clips on the ends will add some weight - maybe 1kg or so. I will be going for 150kg next week and think I should be able to give it a good go. Rest of the session went well, felt strong.
