I trust brands only on certain thing like for instance -LA Muscles LA Whey - Really helped me to put on muscle. A lot of their products are a bit of a joke though - 6 pack pill, 6 pack toner I did give the Norateen II and Heavyweight II a go. I find they work and I do prefer them to most other similar products but are hugely overpriced and you can't help but feel ripped off if you pay the full price... Matrix Nutrition's Rage PWO - Clone of Jack3D I believe. This stuff works just as good as Jack3D, better than Hemo Rage Ultra and Napalm. Their protein rage is cheap and nasty, never got any gains from taking and the taste is pretty nasty too. They say 80% but I'm not so sure. Monster Mass as extra calories is OK but the protein ratio is very low. My gym stocks the stuff and I can buy it real cheap if it goes out of date. I do notice that the gym staff never use it though....suspicious... I have tried several ON products. The Gold Standard Whey isn't that special, very little gains. The Pro Complex has a higher bio Value apparently but has a nasty smell after mixing. I've tried washing my shaker several times out but the smell remains (strawberry rotten flavour). As a muscle gainer I don't rate it that high either in comparison with that of LA Whey. Looking for more Brands that use all natural resources. I know LA Muscle do in their LA Whey, I also hear that it's the same with Dymatize and Kinetica. Maybe I can put my trust in them. I have 2 tubs of Dymatize Elite on the way to me.
You have much to learn about supplements. You won't see any difference from different protein powders unless you have digestion problems with it
