Chrissy on Can you gain less fat when bulking using fat burners?

I tend to get a bit fat when bulking and while I noticed test boosters and the like help I wondered if it was possible to use fat burners for som of the day (like after a meal to burn more fat) and then somehow gain more muscle and less fat overall ad you will burn the fat from the meal?

 

Fat burners does not make sense while bulking. You can always regulate the energy intake, while bulking. Extra energy expendure

is not necessary. You can eat less or exercise more. But you need the extra energy intake for bulking. So a fat burner does not

make any sense. On diet the fat burners may make sense, because the metabolism slows down.

 

On the other hand, nutrition partitioning make sense like the supplement Burn24. But far the best nutrition partitioning is the training itself.

Much better than any supplement can be. So before using a supplement try to concentrate the nutrition around and in particular

after the training. Try to force yourself to eat clean and natural. If gaining fat is than still a problem, restrict your carb intake around the training.
