ltw1992 on Training around a rotator cuff inury

Well I've managed to mess up my rotator cuff playing rugby 2 weeks ago and it has slowly been getting better until I aggravated it a bit more playing in a 10's tournament. 

 

I've been losing my gains in muscle and training legs a lot whilst I have been injured but I was wondering if there are any upper body workouts or tweaks to a usual workout I could use to maintain my upper body mass whilst my injury heals completely?
