Is this something anyone has ever supplemented specifically?

It probably comes as no suprise that I have. Up to 6g pre workout. I don't recall getting anything from it, but I now believe it needs a precursor, or acts as a precursor perhaps? That said, cit mal, COP, agmatine, etc will give much better endurance and any number of adaptogens better focus so it leaves taurine as a bit of an also ran.

What type of training regime did you implement it into?

I train six days per week. Four days cardio/resistance and two days cardio only. I said above that I used the taurine as part of my pre (which I did on the cardio/resistance days). If I recall right I also tried it as part of my 'fluid+' recipe, which is collection of raw powders that I mix with RPG EAA. The recipe has changed/evolved over time (although it's always been based around beetroot powder), and unfortunately I haven't noted all the previous versions. If it was it will have been taken twice daily (first thing in the morning and then in the evening) every day (no idea over what period of time, but I suspect not very long).
