Hi,
I'm 33, come back to training after a couple of years out for various reasons. I have lost a lot of muscle in that time and am looking for a way to help pack it back on quicker without using something as severe as Pro Hormones. I am definitely an ecto and a hard gainer, so I need the help I can get as gaining any mass for me is tough.
Having read a lot of good things about Progenadrex I am thinking that this (perhaps stacked with Activate Extreme) would be a good way to go...
Now my questions relate to how to use the stuff and whether it will be effective for me. I have a massively hectic schedule, so the recommend 30 minute 4 times a week workouts are a no go. I can do 3 sessions a week and do a full body workout each day that lasts about 1.5 hours - this is done in the evening after work.
That leads to the next point, which is consuming it 'within 1 hour of a workout' with a high carb high protein meal. Now for me this is not really viable as I tend to finish my workout at about 7:30 in the evening, then have a protein shake with a blend of rice/pea protein and rice milk, then shower, then cook dinner which is a family orientated meal. I/we tend not to eat a lot of carbs in the evening.
I do have a large home made mass gain shake 3 hours before my workout, which is about 700-800 calories... so maybe on workout days I could take Progendarex pre rather than post workout?
I am wondering how best to fit Progendarex into this, or if it is even worth the cash; i.e. if it will be wasted if I do not follow the recommended us verbatim.
