Whatsup everybody, would really appreciate some advice, especially from people who have run an epistane cycle before...
I've heard great things about Epistane so I'm considering running a cycle of RPN Havoc, however I wanted to get some feedback first given the fact that I had surgery recently. Below is the summarized version of my situation, along with the details of the cycle I'm planning. Any help would be greatly appreciated as this would be my first cycle of any type of PH. I've done lots of research, but was hoping for specific feedback for my situation.
I was involved in an accident that caused me to need jaw surgery and a splenectomy (spleen removed). This was first week in June, so I wasn't able to exercise pretty much at all for basically 2 months. Obviously I lost a lot of strength and weight, which is why I want to get it back as quickly as possible (want to put on about 10lbs and get my six pack back). I've been back in the gym now for about 2 weeks, going 5x/week. I can go as hard as I want with no problems, but I'm just not up to the fitness level I had before. My thinking was that I would lift hard through August to get back in shape, and then start the cycle on September 1.

Epistane: RPN Havoc (was planning on doing a somewhat lower dosing plan as I don't have a SERM: 10,20,20,30 or 20,20,30,30)
On-Cycle: Protex Cycle Assist and Liver Protection
Joint Support Supplement
(considering taurine for pumps, something for lethargic side effects--any recommendations?)
PCT: Post Cycle 3x by Vital Labs
DAA Max by Vital Labs
Creatine
I'm 6,0", 175lbs, 13% body fat. Not looking to be the Hulk but want to put on about 10lbs lean muscle over course of cycle and pct and get my 6pack back.
My main questions are:
1) Is it OK to run an epistane cycle when still getting back into shape and do you see any health concerns with post-surgery?
2) Would I get more benefit from starting it once I'm back to where I was before (I was kind of plateauing before)?
3) Thoughts on dosing? Is it OK to go up to 40mg without a SERM? Is it OK to take Havoc without a SERM period? I've read mixed things about this.
4) Thoughts on my cycle details? Any other sups I MUST take during cycle or PCT?
5) I've read that you should increase training volume during cycle, but not weights. Then to increase weight during PCT. Thoughts?
