seated front presses 150kg x nearly 3 + 2 assisted (last workout 142.5kg x nearly 4 + 1 assisted)
cable laterals-whatever to pump the shoulders
legs
squats 310kg x 6 (last workout 310kg x failed complete 5th rep)
calves
1 leg calve raises 185kg x 8 (before 180kg x 9)
