Scooby Doo on Any suggestion for DOMS and sleep supps please? (Leans gains would be nice too)

Already mentioned that I have tried Melatonin.
I lift mon wed and fri. I do cardio tue thur and sat. Sun is day off. Would you really say I could increase that frequency? :D
