With respect to sleep, I know you've said that you already have tried melatonin, but just for anecdotal feedback, I enjoy:

Low dosed Melatonin (500mcg)

Theanine

 

Also, we have a sleep aid called Sleephoria in the works. Keep an eye out in the near future.
