My own personal view;
- GHenerate for me I felt like I noticed effects for a couple of days and then it stopped. I didn't get anything from it in terms of noticeable benefit.
- Slin Sane I would usually recommend to someone who eats a higher carbohydrate diet than is considered beneficial for them rather than someone who was bulking.
