It has at times been ferocious for me. I remember saying on the beta run that I might have to drop down from 4 capsules daily.
I was eating steak and eggs for breakfast and within an hour was thinking about what I was going to eat next. I even started taking meal replacement shakes everywhere I went because it was so intense I often couldn't wait for food lol.
it sure has. Coming off 3 weeks CKD, I thought it would be plain sailing.
Started ABE Saturday (usual refeed day) so don't know how quick it actually kicked in. First weights session (hamstrings and dead lifts) Sunday 12pm. Huge munch post workout, had to top up again a few hours later. By 5pm i was starving again! Quite something considering I am bouncing off a crazy deficit back into maintenance.
Just finished a chest workout, after my shake, just demolished two Irish steaks and a try of oven roasted veg (sweet potatoes, butter nut squash, parsnips and all my greens) see how long this lasts for
