Tim Pro on No reply from customer service - parcel have been in delivery depot since the 26th

i never had problems with royal mail,
but i have to say that DPD here in Belgium is superb,
always at the same exact time here (always around 11h)
and most of the time it is here within 48houers.
if i am not home i can go gett it at the depot. (only 20km away from my home)
