Just DMAA.. j/k but seriously I went to an "all you can eat cake buffet" where I managed to eat maybe 18 cake pieces before I got so sleepy I slept almost 16h in a row. I almost never eat anything with sugar so I guess my body experienced quite a shock! Needless to say the pumps were insane when I went to the gym the next day. This was on friday though since I mainly just ate ham on christmas which isn't that much to report =]
