well what i mean by this is, if you over eaten and gained more fat than you have planned/wanted. so just take you calories back slightly for a couple of weeks, and then go back to your normal, program.
some body-builders use this strategy, like Layne Norton will bulk for 4 weeks gain about 4lbs and then cut for two weeks and and loose a couple, so a net gain of 2lbs over 6 weeks.
