This looks good Street72, happy it's working for you! One tip - On off days, I'd suggest taking 3 caps of MPS along with a cap of TQ an hour prior to bed.
REASON: In addition to repairing/regenerating muscle 5x's faster than placebo(1), Curcumin has been shown to inhibit glucogenesis(2) - meaning it inhibits the body from converting amino acids to glucose for energy*. This means that the EAA's in Synthagen are "shielded" from breakdown, and will perform as designed, repairing and re-building muscle. This is especially true given;
1.) The vast majority of muscle repair/growth occurs at night and;
2.) If you're dieting, the body is tempted to use protein for energy given calorie intake is low

*This is just ONE facet of why Synthagen and Tranquilogen "stack" so well. You can extrapolate that "1 cap TQ + MPS" dosing strategy intra-workout btw, where it'll also have an incredible impact. There are other complimentary (if not synergistic) benefits to stacking the two, which I'll expand on at a later date.
