So, now i´ve optimized my diet plan for the coming cycle.
I already weared the sense wear (i rented it, ´cause it costs about 2000 €)
for about 14 days. It messured my exact calorie consumption,
and my calorie consumption during my workouts. Finally I got an average calorie consumption of 4000
kcal on training days and about 3500kcal on non training days. And I testet this average in calories,
and I´ve seen, that my weight was still equal after a few weeks.
So I will start the cycle with 4700kcal on training days and 3800kcal on non training days.
Training days:
4700kcal
400g Protein
520g Carbs
100g Fat
Non Training days:
3800kcal
440g Protein
200g Carbs
130g Fat
So you see, I´ll keep the carbs high on training days and will go down with it on non training days.
Fat and Protein little bit higher on non training days.
What do you think about this idea? Or should I go higher with carbs on non training days and a little bit
down with fats?
