Just because an ingredient has very little evidence behind it, does not mean it is "useless". Creatine has been studied intensively (and successfully) for decades yet people still clash over it's effectiveness.

I'm not Massularia's no. 1 fan or anything but often it takes years for the research play catch up. That is why sometimes to stay on the cutting edge of the industry, you must take a punt on a new supplement of great potential.

If you read the methodology covered in the Pred article, you will see how impossible that research would have been to gather in humans? Although I would have been a willing volunteer ...

 

i agree with this, these things tend to effect different people in different ways. if you dont try it you wont know whether you will respond to it.
