I think that you are jumping to many supplements when you have only 7 months of training (as I have read on other threads). Of course that you need protein, so if you can't enough from your diet you should use powder. ON pro-complex it's as good as other blends from reputable companies. Forget the anabolic window thing. Use 30g of protein after your workout and then across the day, whenever you want, to help you meet your protein needs
