It is slower to digest, good for dieting and keeping amino acids drip feeding into your muscles for a long period of time.

Amino acids are a,mazing in and around training, I don't use protein post workout, only amino acids.
When I compete in the last weeks I will supplement meals with raw amino acids, it is pretty full on but it works.

Seated db shoulder press 32kg x 12 x 3 (normally do 34kg)
Upright rows 40kg x 15 x 2
Single db lateral raise 9kg x 20 x 3
Average session. Would normally do 34kg for DB shoulder press but they were being used and I didnt want to wait for them. I decided as I was using a lighter weight I would concentrate on form which ended up making them pretty tough Hopefully all the people with new years resolutions will give up soon!!!!!

According to reports, Craze never actually had dmma in it. they use the replacement form dendrobium. I’m not gonna pretend to understand this.
What I will say, after being a regular user since December 2011. Purchases after August 2012 were not nearly as effective. You may have nailed the reason.

if your constantly getting your food in and around the hospital I suggest travelling home every now and then to see if you can make a packed lunch.
Short of that head to a local super market and stack up on cold cuts.

A: There are lines on the dropper.

A: It doesn't really matter. It's not intended for sublingual use. You can mix it with a drink, if you'd like.
Note that it's quite important to remember to shake the bottle well before drawing your dose.
Q: NanoDrol – whats a good starting ED? (I’m 86kg at ~16%bf) I was thinking 0.4 and 0.4 (about 12mg)
A: 12-15mg/day will probably suffice. Higher doses should not be necessary.
Q: Trenazone – How is distribution of the liquid best done? Can I rub it in with my hands? Will this effect daily ED as some will be on my hands (which I will have to wash due to having a new born)
A: Rub it in & spread it out with your hands. This shouldn't effect daily ED much, if at all. The benefits of spreading out your dose are significant. (Explanation here.)
Q: Trenazone – How long does it take to dry?
A: This depends on the temperature of the room where you apply it. It should only be a few minutes at 20 °C. You can speed up the process by applying local heat with a hair-dryer.
Q: Trenazone – How should the doses be split if at all?
A: It'll take at least 24 hours to absorb a single dose. (Explanation here, again.) There's generally no need to split your doses. One application per day is fine.
Q: Trenazone – What is a good ED?
A: I think that 1ml/day is sufficient. I know that some people are fond of taking it much further than that... but I wholeheartedly believe that you'll see good results at 1ml/day.
Q: I was thinking of running this as a stack, thought it would be quite potent, is it worth 2 weeks of Trenazone then 4 weeks of both NanoDrol & Trenazone? Or Just run 4 weeks.
A: Option A is better, in my opinion. Trenazone is a rather slow-starter, so I usually suggest cycles of at least 6 weeks.

Ive experimented with having a high protein/fat weekday diet and a high carb moderate protein and fat weekend diet.
it was ok and I felt great doing it this way but I found having high protein/fat type foods to be a bit expensive.

i will answer your questions ;
1) measurements are on the dropper.
2)just lett it drop in your mouth. swallow. drink some water.
3)you can try 0.4 but in my point of view, minimum and for most users most optimal is 2 x 0.5ml
4)take a chicken breast, put trenazone on it, rub yourself in.
NOOOOOOOOO just kidding.... offcourse you can rub it in with your hands but try to do it with your handpalms.
5)i'm not pretty sure but i think between15-25min. depends how (much) you rub it in.
6)i would just take a dose in the morning/when waking up.
7)/
8)i would do 4 weeks, both together. depends how advanced you are.

Ofcourse you're going to build up a resistance towards craze the more you use it. I must admit though that craze is one of the few PWOs that actually keep on giving you that energy kick no matter how much I've used it which cannot be said about the rest. I feel you though since I'm pretty much a PWO addict and need that "insanity induced rage" when training!

im on my second bottle of nanodrol....starting second month..1ml a day.how long can i stay on it please?
also if i would go to take a doping test would i fail?which ingredients would make me fail if that would be the case and how long would it take to wear it off?.im asking this coz i would like to enter perhaps some benchpress competition.
