i think the giveaway anabolic switch has several creatines in it , manufacturers are prob aware that some people respond to different types of creatine so throwing in several , its hoped that at least one of them works.

i have an order in progress right now, over 150pounds,

Well as its the new year, a bit of extra cash lying around and now would like to try some new things out.
Im looking to lean a bit out and get the hardness back.
Im 165lbs and at 13.5% bf.
Id like a pre workout, maybe something to lean me out or give me at least something like a cortisol/estrogen control kinda supplement.
no need to get any protein or anything like that.
I was looking at erase pro but havnt heard much about it.
if there are any other supplements that come to mind you could advice that would be great.

As much as I would like to say ALRI alone is that big, its been a series of buy outs and mergers that have brought us to this level over the past few years. We have a board and I am the CEO (Another word for head janitor). At times it is mind boggling to think we started in a 10ft x 10ft area on $100 USD budget, no loans or favors, and now have almost 400,000sq ft of production with no limits on what we can run. Its kind of like waking up one morning and realizing that you have met all of the goals you set 20 plus years prior and have to look for new ones. Kinda weird sometimes. Thanks for the kind words Mindflux!

Creatine Monohydrate is the most proven, common knowledge. However that said, some other offers have been superior in my opinion. Creatine itself is easily absorbed, so the likes of CEE, Creatine Gluconate and KreAlkalyn shouldn't offer better benefits once full saturation is reached. They might speed up the process (as would creatine monohydrate when combined with fenugreek or tarragon) but forms that go beyond bioavailability are better choices; the likes of Di-Creatine Malate, Orotate and Creatine Nitrate, each bring with them enhanced benefits. If you get stomach issues though, MCC is the best bet that I have tried.

I am just going to run a basic test e cycle to start. I am thinking of going 300mg first couple weeks followed by 600mg a week. Going to run it a 12 maybe 15 weeks, will have to see. As soon as i get more time i will update this with pics. Last night was day one and i must say the pump at the gym was pretty significant for a day one dosage. I have a few ph/ds runs under my belt and nothing has kicked in off the hop so quick. Back with more info on day two later. Cheers

bdcc that's not true! my libido has been a pain in the butt since I what? turned 12? I feel like you felt on the natadrol all the time =D This is weird though since "apparently" my test levels sux. I asked Hugh from performance labs about this and he said the following:
Libido is often maintained in near hypogonadal states. T has to drop
very low for significant effects to be observed on libido.
